Your dog has a private, climate-controlled suite with bedding and fresh water. Themed rooms include Urban Loft, Lakeview Lounge, Cabin Retreat, Enchanted Forest, and Fiji Hideaway. Suites are cleaned daily.
Is someone on-site overnight?
Staff are on-site from 6 AM to 8 PM. Staff are not on-site overnight. The building is alarmed, temperature-controlled, and camera-monitored 24/7. Dogs are settled with fresh water and bedding before staff leave; morning care includes walks and breakfast.
What is a typical day like?
The day includes morning potty breaks and breakfast, individual or family play time, afternoon walks and rest, dinner, and an evening tuck-in. Optional enrichment or extra one-on-one play is available as an upgrade.
What should I bring?
Bring labeled portions of your dog’s food and any familiar bedding or toys. We provide stainless-steel bowls, linens, and daily laundering.
Which vaccinations are required?
Veterinary proof of rabies and distemper vaccination is required before boarding. Bordetella and leptospirosis are also recommended. Call the team with questions about your records.
How much does boarding cost?
Cozy Suites start at $85 per night, plus $55 per night for each additional dog in the same suite. Luxury Suites start at $115 per night, plus $75 per night for each additional dog in the same suite. Optional enhancements cost extra. Confirm your total when reserving.
When are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is by noon. Early drop-off or late pickup can be arranged for an additional fee, depending on availability.
Do you accept every dog?
Our boarding environment suits calm, well-mannered dogs who are comfortable being handled and can rest quietly. We are not equipped for aggressive, highly anxious, or destructive behavior. The meet & greet helps determine fit.
Is a meet & greet required?
Yes. Every new boarder needs a 60-minute evaluation before their first stay. You can tour the suites and ask questions. Schedule your meet & greet →
Can I check in on my dog?
We are happy to send photos or quick text updates. Luxury Suites include Wi-Fi treat dispensers with cameras for remote check-ins. Ask our team how to arrange access.
Does boarding care continue on holidays?
Yes, boarding care continues every day. The lobby may close on major holidays, so confirm drop-off and pickup arrangements with the team.
